Account & Data Deletion Request

Application: Ape Econ Panthiya (Google Play Package: com.synctox.apeeconpanthiya)

Important Notice: Deleting your account will permanently remove your student profile, examination history, ranking from the all-island leaderboard, and saved answers. This action is irreversible.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion in two straightforward ways:

Method 1: Directly Inside the Mobile App (Instant)

Open the Ape Econ Panthiya app on your Android device.
Tap on your Profile tab in the navigation bar.
Scroll down to the bottom of the profile page and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm your choice. Your profile, session tokens, and local cache will be permanently wiped immediately.

Method 2: Submit a Web Request via Email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can email our support team directly to request data deletion:

Subject: Account Deletion Request - Ape Econ Panthiya

Required Information: Please specify the mobile phone number or full name associated with your student account.

Send Deletion Request Email

Types of Data Deleted

Profile Data: Student Name, Registered Phone Number, School, District, Batch.
Academic Data: Quiz marks, past exam submissions, leaderboard entries.
Device Tokens: Push notification tokens (Firebase FCM).

Note on In-App Subscriptions: Active Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled through your Google Play Store Account subscriptions manager.
